Primary School Teacher Graduate Trainee

Begin your teaching career at Beedel Brooke International through our structured 1 year Graduate Trainee Programme for recent graduates. You’ll receive hands-on classroom experience, mentoring, and professional development while supporting experienced teachers and developing the skills needed to become an outstanding educator. This program is only available in our campus in Osgobo.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Recent graduate or candidate with little or no teaching experience.
  • Passion for teaching and working with children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow professionally.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and commitment to excellence.

Kick-start your career in Early Years Education through our 1 year Graduate Trainee Programme for recent graduates. You’ll work alongside experienced preschool teachers to create engaging, play-based learning experiences while developing the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become an exceptional early childhood educator. This program is only available on our campus in Osgobo.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or with just a keen interest in early childhood education.
  • Recent graduate or candidate with limited teaching experience.
  • Genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Warm, patient, energetic, and nurturing personality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn modern early years teaching practices, including play-based learning.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and enthusiasm for continuous learning.

Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the school, ensuring efficient communication, record keeping, customer service, and smooth coordination between staff, parents, and visitors. To report to the Operations Lead.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field. OND with reasonable experience may also be considered.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous administrative experience is an advantage.

Deliver engaging, child-centred lessons that inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and academic excellence while nurturing confident, well-rounded learners. We’re looking for educators who are committed to developing confident, independent, and future-ready learners—not just delivering lessons. To report to the Head of School.

Requirements:

  • B.Ed., PGDE or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian and/or British curriculum.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Passion for children’s learning and development.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Technology proficiency for classroom instruction is an advantage.
  • Teaching experience is preferred (not compulsory)

Provide safe, nurturing, and responsive care for infants and toddlers while supporting their physical, emotional and developmental needs. To report to the Head of School.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of SSCE, OND or relevant childcare qualification.
  • Genuine love for babies and toddlers.
  • Patient, attentive and responsible.
  • Good hygiene and safety practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents.
  • Previous childcare experience is an advantage.

Lead the daily operations of our creche by providing exceptional care for infants and toddlers in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. As the Creche Coordinator, you will oversee daily routines, maintain high standards of health and hygiene, support children’s early development, and partner with parents to ensure every child receives the best possible start.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND, NCE, or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Care, Nursing, or a related field (higher qualifications are an advantage).
  • At least 2 years’ experience caring for infants and toddlers in a creche, daycare, nursery, or early years setting.
  • Genuine passion for working with babies and young children.
  • Sound knowledge of infant and toddler care, including feeding, hygiene, sleep routines, and age-appropriate developmental activities.
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when engaging with parents.
  • Ability to coordinate daily creche operations while maintaining a calm, caring, and professional environment.
  • High standards of cleanliness, safeguarding, and child safety.
  • Reliable, patient, emotionally intelligent, and committed to delivering excellent care.

Support classroom teachers in lesson delivery, classroom organisation, learner supervision and the preparation of engaging learning materials. We’re looking for educators who are committed to developing confident, independent, and future-ready learners—not just delivering lessons. To report to the Head of School.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND, NCE or equivalent qualification.
  • Passion for education and children’s development.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and receive coaching.
  • Reliable, organised and proactive.
  • Previous experience working with children is an advantage.

Plan, create and manage compelling digital content that showcases school life, strengthens our brand, and drives engagement across social media platforms. To report to the Operations Lead.

Requirements:

  • Strong photography, videography and mobile content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut and other content creation tools.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.
  • Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and think creatively.
  • A portfolio of previous work will be required.
